Ingredients: Granulated sugar, Cocomidopropyl betaine, cocoglucoside, vegetable glycerin, xanthan gum, lemon pound cake fragrance oil, distilled water, optiphen plus (preservative) 

Instructions: apply to wet skin thoroughly in circular motions. Rinse scrub from the skin. Follow up with body wash of choice.
