Ingredients: Distilled Water, Sodium C1 4-16 Alpha Olefin Sulfonate, Cocomidopropyl Betaine, Vegetable Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol (and) Diazolidinyl Urea (and) Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate
Instructions: Use a small amount with your cleansing tool of choice (Loofa/Washcloth/Etc) while bathing/showering. Rinse body thoroughly.
