Hey y’all! Here’s a short list of frequently asked questions to help you navigate our shop with ease. 

 

What can I call you? 

• Dymond or Dee works! My pronouns are They/Them and She/Her in that respective order. 

What do you do? 

• I formulate and curate various cosmetic formulas/products to eat varying degrees of cosmetic needs. 

Where are the ingredients found? 

• In two places; within the product description OR on the label/packaging, typically found in both areas. 

Do the products expire? 

• Yes, handmade and small batched cosmetics are made without heavy/ intensive chemicals, therefore typically resulting in a shorter shelf life. All shelf life information is found on the label and within the product descriptions. 

Where do you ship? 

• We currently ship domestically within the US and Internationally to various countries throughout the world.

How often do you release new products?

• At current, we plan to do seasonal releases and 2-3 restocks depending on speed of sale. Many releases will come within a season, ranging from makeup to body care.
